My daily routine... 1/29/10.....
Thought I would take a picture of my daily morning routine, which is not always easy for me. On my way back from the morning jog @ the gym downstairs. Love this quote:
I think there is no better way to invite a human being to view their body differently than by inviting them to be an athlete, by revering one's body as an instrument rather than just an ornament. It's a really great way to reorient how you see your body so you can see it as this incredible, awe-inspiring machine that you need to fuel well in order for it to function.

Rendevous - Tuesday 1/19/10 comedy and stuff
Fun night at the Rendevous in Belltown. We watched a preview of a Seattle comedy documentary, then had a Q&A session afterwards. We also discovered that our favorite Seattle bartender, Keith is back @ the Vue and were pretty excited about that. The picture with Keith didn't turn out so well, but I will post it anyways.

Town Hall lecture w/Dr. Mate 1/14/10
J and I went to a Town Hall lecture with Dr. Mate. He spoke about addiction and has worked in BC's 'skid row' for years. It was so insightful and I could have listened to him for hours more. I will check out his book for sure. This picture is not very good but it was rainy and we were rushing to get inside.

My First Picture of the Year ~ 1/1/2010
First picture of the year ~ 2010 or twenty-ten.
I decided that 2010 was the year to be truly fearless. So here are my mom and I (i'm on the right) going to the Polar Bear Plunge 1/1/2010. It was about 46 degrees on Lake Washington in Seattle, so really not too cold. There were so many people that showed up and a lot of people were in costume, maybe next year! It's going to be a fabulous year! =-)
